Haven't had any issues, and the power connector works out of the box with the Heltec v3 unit.

These are great batteries for their value. I have had no issues with them, but as they are LiPo batteries I would recommend caution. They have their wires a particular way that might require you to swap them, as there is no standard for the JST connectors.
