The sound clarity and volume is good but the physical make of the headset is cheap. Feels like cheap and flimsy materials used and probably won’t last long with daily use which is disappointing

I got this for use with a phone app through my computer. I needed ones that had a 3.5mm jack which these did.- There was no additional software needed to download to make them work.- The sound was very clear both in the headphone & through the mic for the listener.- There is an extension cord for the headset- Mic can be rotated to fit right or left ear- Ear pad is comfortable for all day wear- Jack also switches seamlessly from the computer to any phone that has a 3.5mm jack as well.Overall, this a great quality headset for a fantastic value. It also comes with a phone jack if you need it.

Works like a charm. Easy to set up (just plug it in) and it came with converter kits, which my phone didn’t require. There is no disconnect button on the headset or cord so our IT dept programmed a disconnect button on my phone. Soooooo convenient! Very happy with this headset - especially the price. Customer service is also very prompt to reply with answers to questions.

Works with many different brands of phones because of the RJ9 audio jack and 3.5mm compatibility. I wish the line had more controls, but it is comfortable to use and has good audio quality.I use this a lot for work, but had some audio issues due to the cable. Customer service was quick to respond and provided a replacement for me.Edit: Has reliability issues.

I bought this because I work in a call center and it is just more comfortable. I chose this specific one because it comes with several different adapters so I knew I wouldn’t have a problem hooking it up to the phones at work. It works very well and I haven’t had any problems or complaints from people on the other side of the line.

A headset that works fine AND plugs directly into my standard traditional wired desk-top phone hand-set socket AND comes with a plug that goes right into the 3.5mm socket of my older model Nokia mobile phone. This Nokia phone has been hard to find a compatible headset for, but this works. HOWEVER ---- this seems to actually have zero "noise cancelling" in relation to background noise, etc. A headset with active noise reduction in both ears and mic can cost you hundreds of dollars. This one isn't going to help you have conversations in your car, etc.

I handle quite a few phone calls at work while on the computer, so was looking for something that would leave me hands free while talking. This works quite well. Sound quality is great (or at least as good as the native handset), and I have gotten no complaints about how I sound. Very comfortable to wear.I was only initially hesitant to buy because I was not sure if it would be compatible with my work phone, Siemens Optipoint. Well, for those of you with the Siemens Optipoint, know that it works fine right out of the box. Didn't even need to use the included adapter!If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that it seems kind of fragile/not durable, but for the price it's fine.
