It lasted 1 month for me, the flame was never consistent, constantly having to adjust the flame.Went back to the benzomatic.

I removed the lighter from the plastic shrink wrap. The flame adjuster immediately fell off from the bottom of the lighter. I pushed it back in place and tried lighting the lighter. No luck! I have yet to be able to get this lighter to light. It's only three days old and I could send it back. However, I don't know if it's worth the bother. It only cost $10.00. Whatever happened to quality assurance? Don't waste your money on this item. Yes, I filled it with fresh butane.

That's what I get for buying something that I assumed didn't have to cost $50 to to work properly the fuel tank is cracked so no matter what you put in it as soon as you turn it up right the light it leaks out the locking trigger for it is ridiculous because if you were to use this in a survival situation you will freeze to death before you can get this thing to light. Absolutely the worst lighter I have ever bought. I can light a fire with two sticks in a rock faster than this torch.

Lovr this thing. Great for windy days or in front of a fan and it is small and compact enough for your pocket. Or hang it on a key chain. Love it.
