Installs easily to the dryer vent openings. The magnets line up well and seem to fasten securely. Hardest part of the installation for me was having to move the dryer and clean up behind it because it's in a tight spot.It's a fairly simple device, so I don't have a ton more to say about it except that having a magnetic coupling on my dryer vent will save me some time on maintenance in the future, which I am very happy about. Periodically cleaning out the dryer vent is a manageable DIY task for me, and having the right tools/accessories can be a big help.

The old fashioned slinky-hose kept popping off and filling the laundry room with dust. My husband bought this new magnetic contraption and installed it two weeks ago…NO DUST in my laundry room now. Happy wife, right here!!

My dryer hookup used standard aluminum flex pipe which caused my dryer to sit away from the wall about 20 inches in an already tight wash room.If i needed to clean or wotk behind the dryer i would have to move the washer and squeeze between the two.Now with the magnavent mv90 im less than a foot away from the wall and can easily pull dryer away to clean behind.My installation was a little time consuming because dryer exhaust height was so low i had to modify the 90 elbow, now that i look at it I could have offset the pipe to the exhaust on an angle instead of straight down to floor I wish i knew about this product years ago, definitely worth it for tight spaces

The only problem I had was the hose that they sent to connect to my dryer. The opening was too small to fit on my dryer outlet. I had to buy an extender to fit on the dryer and then the hose could fit on that.

Our dryer downstairs is awful. The vent has never fit correctly and it just blows lint back into the basement, which then gets all over the house. I picked up a different hose at the hardware store. It was expensive and didn't help. This one is about twice the cost but it fixes the problem with the connection, as well as makes it easier to keep the vent clean. Our landlord never cleans it out nor do we. Now we can actually do that and save ourselves from a possible fire hazard.

We received the magnetic dryer vent coupling a few days ago. My husband installed it today and we've had seamless drying ever since!!!! Best session we made for our dryer!!!!
