Worked like a charm. My dryer was about a foot too far for a 6 footer. The screws that come with the strain relief clamp are garbage. One of the screws didn't even have the notches for the screw driver head. Otherwise good purchase.

Ordered wrong piece but this product is excellent quality.

We bought a new GE dryer and the cord was on the bottom instead of the top like our old Samsung dryer. So the 6 feet cord would not reach the outlet. We ordered this and it came in 2 days. Yes all 3 prong are universal as is the 4 prong cords. Ours was a 3 prong. It was color coded which matched on the dryer electrical connections. It was 3 screws (one for each connection) and I put in the metal holder as well. It started right up with no issues. No local stores sell 10 feet cables. This worked beautifully. Highly recommend.
