I have a 1995 camaro Z28. The last owner removed the muffler in an effort to get muscle car sound. To my surprise this made the car quieter(from the interior). It sounds oem inside the cabin. Outside, you can hear the thunder. It purrs now. And makes that legendary magnaflow noise kickback after revving. Also the upgrade is 3 inch to 2.5 oem, and the difference in both torque and power can be felt at part and full throttle.The 3.5 dual tips are very nice. Be sure to set them at ground view, not exact level. It will be off.

The overall fit was good from the outlet of the cat to the muffler. The two outlet pipes which have the polished tips welded on them was a different story. The driver side tail pipe had to be cut an 1-1/4" at the muffler connection so the tail pipes were equal length from the center of the rear fascia. The passenger side tail pipe sticks out 1-3/4" further then the drivers side. Nothing can be done short of butching the polished slashed cut tip with Magnaflows logo on the tip.The tips sticking out at two different point is so obvious, not very appealing to the eye. I'll be contacting Magnaflow to see how they are going to correct this and I'll update my review to let you know..

Perfect fit and awesome sound. A low rumble that comes alive when accelerating. The sound is impressive, not annoying. The sound lets you know that LT1 power is ready for use whenever needed or desired!

Tailpipes were different lengths, the bottom drain holes were offset to the sides instead of being on the bottom, it was off center so the pipes did not center on the back. Very Very bad support from Magnaflow!!!!!

If you're looking for substantial sound, look somewhere else. I installed this system on my '94 firebird LT1 expecting some sort of improvement and was very disappointed! I made sure there were no leaks and that everything was properly tightened down, I also allowed a few weeks to allow for it to "break in" however the sound is still no different from the original stock system, very low faint idle and even at high RPM driving is VERY underwhelming, friends have told me they cannot tell the difference. $400+ mistake...Thumbs Down!

The Magnaflow cat-back exhaust installed easily and fit nicely with a few adjustments while the system settled in. Sounds great too!

Love this exhaust! Only slightly louder than stock with a good mellow rumble. I followed the instructions and it went on quite easily. It takes some tweaking to get the tips where you want them and maintain good ground clearance and clearance over the axle. I did bend the brackets a little and make an additional mounting hole for them as I felt I could get a better fit that way. Extremely happy with this kit. The price was the best by far.

Easy install on my 96 Camaro SS, great price for a stainless steel system. Not raspy, no drone, not obnoxious at idle or low speed, loud at wide open throttle. I think the system looks great on the car.
