I think these are very well built for what I was expecting. Although I haven't installed them yet but will be putting them on this week. I don't need them where I live but my truck sounds much better with them on. I will update more later. 5 stars so far. Update. They are now on my truck and the sound is amazing and power is back to normal. No exhaust popping without back pressure. Great cats.

This is a real working catalytic converter, not a fake. True 3" piping which welded nicely to my existing 3" exhaust. I replaced a straight through resonator with this cat and the noise level dropped just a little bit; based on that I have to assume that it's relatively free flowing. Good enough for my little turbo project car. The car immediately passed its OBD self test within 2 miles of installing this cat.

My 1998 truck was running hot on the highway for months. Couldn't figure out the problem, until it started running really bad. After 20+ years the cats were fouled and clogged. Took these down to my local muffler shop, and they put them on for me. No more running hot, and my fuel mileage improved a little too. Be certain about the size of your exhaust pipe before you order them, and try to match the length as closely as possible. You can go to Magnaflow's website to get specs and part numbers, then search Amazon for the cat with the part number you need.

Inlet and outlet are 3-1/4" (3.228") not 3" as listed. Exhaust clamps don't go over and super heavy duty clamps would be needed to crush this down nearly 1/8" to a 3" pipe. This is listed to fit my 1994 Silverado however it would hit the oxygen sensor with little room to clamp, and there is little space to weld leaving gaps for significant exhaust leakage. Returning!

Mornin Folks,This MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter was what the Yukon Needed. Booby Prize from my Local S.O. As PART of the Settlement.😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣Anyway Thousands of dollars later, many new parts and pieces.I got around to the Exhaust. It’s was Such a Booby Prize to include removing Tow Hooks and the Brake Light Fuzz, so I would get pulled over IMMEDIATELY. DA,,, Shade Tree Mechanical Genus’s DELETED the CATConverter. No back pressure, ECU was dysfunctional, I could run my Riding Mower off The Exhaust Gas,,,,, Now clean gray pipes outta the Borla Glass Pack, Smooth and Adult Sound.Got a 90’s model V-8 needs new Cat.For the Price,Yeah I bought it,,,, best thing I’ve done to the 2Dr Rare Bear 93 Yukon,,, with Better than Cop Shocks, Cop Tires & Cop Breaks. That’s a Blue Brother Tribute.

The catalytic converters were stolen off my 2004 Dolphin motorhome, which sits on a Workhorse W-22 chassis. Workhorse wanted about $1,300 for each converter, so it was a no-brainer to try these at a fraction of the cost. They fit perfectly, so these are a great choice if you don't need a CARB-compliant converter.EDIT: I now have about 7k miles on them and they're still working fine.
