I got this to replace the OEM cats on my wife's 2003 Jeep Cherokee.There was no issue with the flanges fitting the manifolds or with the hanger to the rest of the exhaust. All of those pieces dimensions were a good fit .The main issue i have with these y-pipe cats verses the O.E.M part is with regard to spacing. These cats have a larger OD than the O.E.M so there will be no way to remove the starter without dropping these down. From my experience that almost always means cutting the flange bolts since they heat,rust, weld on and you can't get them off easily.The driver's side cat is closer to my transmission pan (granted it is an aftermarket higher capacity pan) too. I have to put some heat shield tape here too since the cat is only about 3/8" from the pan.The third issue is that the pipes come about 1/2" close to the right front ABS factory wiring. This wiring was already showing signs of being hot from the O.E.M pipes. I will have to add some form of heat shield tape/cloth around the wiring as it is now since it is only 1/4" from the wiring now.Overall they seem to be spaced slightly differently than stock. To me these make a acceptable choice for replacing the O.E.M versions, just not "great" because of the spacing changes.
