Helped tone down the smell and excess smoke from my n54 e92 bmw. Deleted my secondary cats for vibrant resonators but installed these back where the secondaries used to be after I installed primary downpipes on it. Sound is absolutely unchanged. If anything it helped with drone and created some back pressure that these N54s need.

2x banks failed in under 10k. My 2006 Titan has a stock ecu and no power adder. The core on these extruded out then collapsed.

I honestly cannot believe this product does not have more reviews then it has right now. Being a Mustang enthusiast, exhaust systems are a huge part of the culture of these cars. Running offroad pipes for so long gets old - especially when you get old. Lets not mention the fact of the smell it gives off and how much more it pollutes. Lets start with the basics.Metallic core (more robust then ceramic)Compact sizeQuality companySpun design for quality and much more robust (people running cheap cats that had them fail know what I mean.)I have long tube headers, Offroad H pipe and Borla stingers. I had these welded in to tame the system a bit, get rid of the smell, and make it more street friendly pollution wise. It hit the mark on all aspects...and it's affordable?! How do more people not buy these boggles my mind. I really wanted a metallic core versus ceramic as not only are they more robust but handles high heat better. Oh yeah - 200 cell count?! That's pretty free flowing. I'd say sound was reduced 10 to 15% but I gained deepness in tone, I can drive with my windows down and not smell like fuel, and have not such a chaotic tone of crackles and pops. It still cracks and pops, but much less so. Overall I am satisfied with this product! If you're looking for an affordable 2.5" cat with a metallic core, free flowing (200 cell count), and quality made by a trusted company I'd go with this choice. The compact size of these are unreal as well. With long tubes I don't have a ton of room, plus my car is lowered, and these fit the bill.

Have one on my Z31 with a full 2.5 in exhaust and muffler. Opens the exhaust up as much possible while still maintaining backpressure for an N/A motor. Still sounds good, gives you a noticeably increase in hp. Maybe 15-20, and of course why I bought it in the first place was to pass emissions! Lol. Must be welded on, not directional, 2.5 both sides.

Fantastic quality just like any other Magnaflow product. This is a stainless steel cat, with a 2.5" inlet and outlet.Overall length is 8" and the diameter of the cat part is 4"I was surprised that amazon.ca had them, and for 1/2 price of having to order from the US.

I own a 2007 Nissan Armada, which has four (4) catalytic converters. I've replaced all with direct fit converters purchased from Amazon, except the converter on the B-Pipe on the passenger's side, for which I thought I could save $300.00 by buying this one and having my shop weld it in. Well, the downstream flange of the factory B-Pipe on the passenger side, is neck-to-neck with one end of the built in converter. This means that in order to cut the old converter from the B-Pipe and weld this replacement in, the shop could have a hard time with the alignment of the front and rear flanges of the B-Pipe, after welding the replacement cat. The cat on the driver's side B-Pipe is not neck-to-neck with the downstream flange on the factory pipe, so it would, in theory, be easier to use this converter to replace the driver's side B-Pipe converter and get it to align without much hassle, thus saving about $300.00.Luckily for me, my mechanic told me he put a light in front on the passenger's side B-Pipe and he was able to see good light out of the downstream opening, so I'm not worried about replacing that cat, at least not now.Needless to say, I returned this cat. If push comes to shove, I will buy either the Walker 16489 Ultra Direct Fit Catalytic Converter, or the MagnaFlow 49217 Large Stainless Steel Direct Fit Catalytic Converter, since I already have another Magnaflow direct fit on the driver's side.

Installed this on a 2001 impala and it made a difference I can feel the car respond better and it sounds different the only down side was that it didn't come with the stickers but beside that I would recommend it if you want performance
