Installed on 2001 Toyota Tacoma V6 4wd Federal Emissions. Fit was perfect. Appear well made. Nice thick flanges. Came with gaskets. Usually aftermarket converters do not last very long so time will tell. I had an Eastern brand aftermarket cat on my truck that lasted 5 years and about 40000 miles but was falling apart. Magnaflow is more expensive than other aftermarket converters but appears to be better made than many others I looked at. Again only time will tell. It has been 2 months and no problems or codes. Make sure when changing a converter change both of your O2 sensors and use anti seize on the threads. Use Nippon Denso sensors as they are OEM. They can be had online cheap. Check Amazon. I speak from experience here.
