This roving does not look like the picture. The color variation is just not there, mine is just an antique gold color. It’s soft but the color distortion really takes the rating down for me.

Absolutely love this fiber, originally bought it from here before I found the seller directly and ordered even more! Luxurious feel, spins beautifully and the colors are amazing!

Usually the products from living dreams are just dreamy, but this I must say is a disappointing dye job. I imagine if I were spinning yarn it wouldnt be as big a deal (or would it?), but Im making a felt wrap with a cobweb layout. These luscious colors looked to be throughout in the display images, but as you can see, the rich brown/rust color is deposited only in two or three painted lines.I'm going to have to adjust my overlaying design oh well. better luck next time

I was a little disappointed when I first opened the package, the wool was more grey than blue, and the silk had some white streaks along it as though it wasn’t dyed very well. As I spun it I really liked how it all blended together and it spun up extremely easily, which is great as a beginner. I would recommend this, just be aware the dye job definitely varies from what is pictured.
