This "pre-tied" head cover in Navy is wonderful! I have a small head and find even regular baseball caps don't fit unless tightened. This head covering has an elastic band in the back 1/4th of the material. It is tight enough that it fits my head without stretching. However it would not be uncomfortable if the elastic stretched because it's only on the back.I wear this for personal/prayer reasons and it covers all my hair if I have it up in a bun (I have long thick hair). There's plenty of material in the back to cover, but even if I have my hair in a ponytail or down, the extra material hangs, but not in an unattractive way.The material is soft (I cant handle itchy material on my head or near my face), but it definitely feels as though it will hold up over extended use/wear. I plan to buy a few more in other colors, so I think its a great value for the price. The navy is a true navy, and I'd venture to say a little lighter in person (darker in the picture), but I don't mind because it's very pretty.I've been wearing it all day for two days now and it has stayed in place, no matter if my hair is up or down. 11/10 would recommend this head covering!!EDIT - I ordered 3 other colors after a week of having the navy. They are the same excellent quality and I'm considering buying all the solid colors. Now I will say of the colors I ordered, the black is, black. The pink and light blue are a little darker in person than I thought they'd be. I expected more pink, its darker and more mauve, but still pretty. The light blue I expected more of a brighter sky blue, and it's darker, but also still pretty. I'll be keeping all of them, even if the colors are not exactly as I expected. I wasn't looking for them to match anything in particular and I haven't found anyone else who makes this exact style of cover with this quality. There is such a convenience and comfort to these covers that speaks for itself!!

As a chemo patient I need head coverings for all weather conditions. I absolutely love this one for warmer weather. The lightweight fabric is breathable and comfortable and the elastic keeps it in place. I'm going to buy more in different colors.

I love this headscarf. It is a little too tight. However, it's beautiful and soft. I'm going to cut the elastic band and restitch it so the dimension is bigger. It feels sturdy and I believe it's a great value for the price/money. I don't mind the sizing issue, because sometimes I do find that hats don't fit - and headbands are usually tight. I'm also head sensitive and am prone to migraines. However, I've been wearing this scarf for 8 hours (with the seam cut to loosen it) and it's not causing any headache issues. I have two bobby pins to hold it in place and haven't had an issue. Feels secure. I'm going to order more colors.

So I have a pretty large head for a woman, 59cm in circumference and most hats that fit me are a men’s large or extra-large.I had my doubts ordering this scarf, but it fits perfectly and comfortably, not too tight but no chance of slipping off either! The elastic is well-placed and can adapt to many head sizes (my mom with a smaller head tried it on and it fit her comfortably too).My only complaint is the brown faux leather logo that I had to remove. It’s distracting on the black scarf and not very pretty.

This pre-tied chemo scarf is probably my favorite head covering and I have it in multiple colors.It's made of a lightweight, woven, fabric so there is no stretch. There is elastic at the back neck for a snug fit but the fabric has no stretch at all. I have a large head, though, and it fits me fine. The unique feature is the very long sides. It has a soft, feminine, look.Here's a hint for an even more attractive look. Wear a stretchy chemo cap underneath this one for a fuller look. Until recently, I was shiny bald from chemo and adding the extra cap underneath gave the illusion that I had hair underneath. It may not seem like much but it can make all the difference.

Nice material but it’s really too tight and I don’t have that big of a head; seeing if I can stretch the elastic. Wish I could find one with adjustable tightening. Nice color and feel.

These are my favorite head coverings for my bald chemo head. This one in particular is my favorite. It goes well with jeans and most of my blue clothes. Some of the other head-coverings like this are kin of tight on my ears. If I wear a "halo" of hair it helps relieve the tightness because it cushions the elastic. I haven't tried cutting the elastic yet to make the others more loose. My head measures 21", but all of them are not tightish. I have 6 different colors. I love the way the fake tie hangs in the back, it feels like a ponytail and I like the fullness of the fit. They are cool enough, but most head coverings will trap heat from the head. I haven't tried soaking these with water like I have my bamboo headcovering caps, that would make them cooler for summer wear.
