Water efficient for less consumption
Using 20% less water than standard 1.6 GPF toilets while maintaining exceptional flush efficiency. Equipped with a high-powered motor, the macerator pump delivers reliable and consistent performance, capable of handling challenging waste removal tasks with ease.
Soft silent close seat
Two-piece toilet design allows for easier installation while the soft-close lid forces a gentle descent, ensuring the lid will never slam shut. Designed to operate quietly, this pump minimizes noise disruption, making it suitable for residential and commercial environments.
Easy clean nano-glaze
Constructed from a high density ceramic to prevent cracking, and finished with a layer of nano glaze, creating a glossy finish that is highly durable and resistant to chipping and staining.

Troubleshooting Guide: Common Questions for Macerator Toilet Pump & Solutions
A) Macerator Continues Running: This can result from various factors, including:
1.A blockage in the system -- This kind of blockage is often caused by foreign obects disposed of down the toilet causing accumulated toilet paper nd waste to build up. Turn off the power, open the lid to identify the cause of the blockage. Using pliers, carefully turn the macerator blades anticlockwise and remove any obstructing waste or foreign object. (NOTE: Incorrect items such as baby wipes can jam the rota along with the outlet waste pipework, resulting in an emergency call out and some cases flooding.)
2.Malfunction of the microswitch or air pressure switch --This happens when waste material gets struck between the tank floor and the switch box. A microswitch can confuse the system, making it believe the tank is full. You’ll need to manually clear the waste and restart the pump to resolve it.
3.Damage to the rubber membrane within the Macerator -- One of the main problems with rubber is that it can wear down over time or the use of bleach and other harsh chemicals can also cause damage. When your rubber membrane is damaged, waste can enter the switch box, causing it to malfunction and short the electrical supply.
B) Vibrations And Loud Noises In The System -- This means an object could be blocking the blade mechanism. Rotate the blades anticlockwise while the macerator is turned off to remove the obstruction.
C) Backing Up Into Other Fixtures -- Listen for buzzing noises and inspect the motor. If necessary, call a plumber if there is an obstruction in the pipe or motor.
D) Macerator Pump Starting On Its Own -- It may indicate a faulty toilet cistern filler valve or non return discharge valve. Water infiltration often results in continuous electrical tripping. If you experience such an issue, it is important that you contact an expert and not attempt to do it yourself because it can be dangerous.
E) The Top Switch Responds And Can Start The Pump Manually, But Automatic Drainage Is Not Functioning.
For 500/500PRO & 700/750 Models -- You’ll need to remove the pump and open its housing to replace the microswitch.
For 800W/900W Models -- Simply replace the microswitch on the pump’s top maintenance cover instead of disassembling the unit
