My middle daughter absolutely loves Macarons. I decided that it would be fun to make these together and found this macaron baking pan that would make 35 macaroon or cookies. The non-stick works as it is intended. I find that the metal is heavy duty and heats consistently. The first batch turned out alright, sadly human error left out an ingredient. The second batch was wildly successful. I'm impressed with the performance of this Non-Stick carbon steel cookie tray. Based on a very positive experience, we've thoroughly enjoyed this cooking endeavor with this high-quality Macaron baking tray. Therefore, I would recommend this to other consumers.
