I've purchased these a couple of times. They seem to be the best reasonable option available for me. My only complaint is that the cable can get wedged between the pully and the housing, and if your yanking it good and hard, it will really get stuck. But, I have learned to be carefull and this rarely happens now.. they turn smooth and are quiet, so, I'll get more if / when needed.

I bought these for a DIY Lat Pull down in the garage and they work great. I did read a few reviews where the cable comes off the pulley and gets wedged. I decided to use electrical tape to stick 2 fender washers to help stop the cable from getting jammed in there. See red arrow in the photo. So far no issues at all and it is really smooth to use. Before this I used 2 steel pulleys I had lying around but the wheels were smaller and I found they ended up grinding the cable down and it got jerky and metal flakes come from there. I should have spent the money in the first place and got these plastic pulleys. Every one that uses it is impressed.

Bought these to attach to a cross beam I added to my Titan Wall Pulley system to allow greater range of motion on flys and such. Strong and durable.
