The angled flutes on this bit makes a the difference when chamfering holes in aluminum. My older straight fluted one built up melted/rolled material and had to be cleaned every few revolutions taking 5 minutes to do one hole. This one bit and cleaned up while cutting the time to 10 seconds! 6 flutes leaves no chatter marks when finishing the job with light pressure.
