This worked with the hanger bolts I purchased to replace the hardware for hanging a cabinet I purchased at Amazon at well. This did the job, no stripping and it was just as easy to unscrew from the bit.

These work like a charm. The metal is hard and shows no wear after installing a small box of inserts. They pop right in and out of the quick release on my drill. Very nice.
