I ordered a pack of the eye style to use as light-duty attachment points on a brick house front.These work well and are easier to use than drop-in concrete anchors. The protruding eye allows you to remove the anchor if necessary.Also as I was tightening the nut, the metal sleeve started to spin inside the hole which meant the sleeve wasn't expanding properly to attach to the brick.Putting sidewise pressure on the protruding eye allowed the metal sleeve to grip the brick, and let me tighten the nut to secure the anchor to the wall.

I screwed up, missed that these were concrete anchors so won't be able to use.That being said, these are solid and look like they'll hold well if installed correctly.
