Acorn hex cap locknut is a kind of hex nut with an enclosed dome to protect the threaded bolts by covering them. Different nut styles fit different applications or intallation requirements. We provide hex nut, acorn hex nut, nylon insert nuts, flange nuts and other nuts to meet our customer's different requirements.
No exterior finish and no coating, the screws are made of the finest 100% 304 （18-8） stainless steel .

Purchased to replace acorn nuts on a Kamado Joe, fit and finish are great. Absolutely no difference from original manufacture. Enough product do replacements on two Kamado’s at a fraction of cost of ordering from manufacturer.

This is a bargain compared to local store 80cents each price.Used to replace all the aged bolts in my Kamado Joe grill. These M6 were perfect replacement.

Had to replace all the acorn nuts on a pot stand that I purchased. Wanted 304 stainless steel. They appear to be the real deal. Passed the magnet test. Work well as I was able to tighten them securely without popping the helmets (unlike the original ones).
