This is a terrible product. It throws toner down the left side of the page. You will "chase" what is wrong with your printer, changing toner cartridges, only to find out not only did you receive one bad drum, but two! I purchased these and had them on the shelf waiting for use. When I needed them the most, both drums were defective. It wasn't until I purchased new drums from a different company that I was able to diagnose the problem as these drums. And the worst insult, when I contacted customer service about the problem - no response. Save your money and the headache!

I almost didn't buy these because some guy with my same printer model made a review stating these don't fit. I'm glad I ignored it and tried it. Fits like a glove, works great and was much cheaper than the name brand option. There is a plastic sleeve/part you have to remove before installing that is hard to notice at first, I'd almost bet that wasn't removed by that reviewer. Anyway, just wanted to say for anyone with the Brother MFC-7360N, this is a no brainer replacement.

The most valuable part about this was the easy installation. Additionally the quality was very good until about many weeks later when there were some printing issues. Every time we printed black lines would sometimes show but that issue is fixed. It was an overall suitable price for good quality.

I am very pleased with the LXTEK DR420 drum unit that I recently purchased. Two drum units are in the package and the price is about 1/2 of the Brother original equipment drum unit. Although instructions were very minimal, you don't really need them. You just take the toner unit out of your old drum and pop it in the new drum and insert it into the printer. My printer is a brother dcp7065dn. The quality of the copies after the drum change is excellent. Both print and solids are super sharp. I highly recommend this product.
