I liked the look and the price. It did well for a while.Then I changed the thread and it all went to hell. I kept breaking needles…like 5, one time both simultaneously. Then the timing went. Then I heard loose parts inside. Also seems impossible to fix. Lastly, there are no YOUTube videos on this particular machine so you really are on your own.Really like the racing stripes and wanted to love it.

lumina serger is a piece of junk I could only use it once the instructions our terrible I want my money back . Don't buy the machine you will not be happy, the rating should be zero. no video to find

So far so good. The machine came threaded so that makes it a very smooth start. Cutting and sewing at the same time is a wonderful option! I love this machine especially for the price. I’m loving it.

Both needles snapped in half during first use. Might have counted it as my error-except I was using THEIR test fabric and prethreaded machine. Cannot get a replacement for some reason, so guess I can return it (probably) or am stuck with a $200 brick for Christmas.Do not buy this.

Such a wonderful first sewing machine for beginners! I'm not completely new to sewing but I'm trying to get better and Im a bit rusty since it's been years. This machine has been so helpful and it's so easy to use. The instructions were clear and very understanding, I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. It's lightweight and a nice, compact size, doesn't take up too much space in my study. It can do a variety of stitches and hems. So far I've used it to hem a dress and pants, and they came out looking great. I plan on using it more soon on various projects and I'm confident that they will be successful. This machine really is awesome! So happy I got it!

I’m a beginner when it comes to sewing, and I’m really happy with this sewing machine! It’s easy to use, and the instructions were straightforward enough for me to follow. The machine runs smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues with threading or getting started. The stitch options are great for simple projects, and I love that it has an automatic needle threader which is a time saver. I’ve used it for a few small projects, and it’s been perfect for my needs so far. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up too much space, so it’s easy to store. Overall, I’m really happy with it and feel like it's beginner friendly.
