I am very disappointed with the quality of this ladder(zero rating).The ladder’s wheels are not aligned properly. The ladder doesn’t roll when moving from one area to another. Finally the ladder feels flimsy when walking up the stairs.

I wanted a lightweight ladder I could use on stairs. This ladder does serve my purpose but the legs do not slide easily. I am considering using WD-40 if I continue to have issues. I don't plan on using it very often but for someone needing a daily quick ladder solution beware. For occasional use, it will likely serve the purpose.

This is my 3rd folding adjustable ladder. This one is the lightest and easiest to handle by far. PLUS it has wheel on two of the legs for even greater ease of transport. Glad I got this one!

The ladder is great, light weight, easy to handle, set up and carry around. Compared to others on the market, great value for the money. I only have one grip, not on the ladder but on the shipping. My home does not have a USPS shipping address. The last leg of the shipping was through USPS. They would not deliver to my home even though they had the physical address. Did not know this. Amazon did send me a message to tell me there was a problem. I had to call USPS and make arrangements to pick it up at the delivery warehouse. USPS did not contact me. They would have held it for a day and sent it back as non-deliverable had I not called them due to Amazons message. They need a USPS address to deliver. Just something to know.
