Liked the compact size but found separating each set of steps was difficult. Overall pleased with product

***Anyone know how to get replacement parts?Me:If you have no room to store a ladder, only need to climb about 6 ft to reach 8ft and don't expect heavy duty, this is useful. It is bendy and should be used at only about a 15 degree angle. Not to be compared with a regular ladder. Also, the top bumpers came off and hid almost immediately and this week I noticed a release button missing. If anyone knows how to order replacement parts, I would like to know. Looks like ladder trash time soon with missing release buttons. The sliding parts need some occasional lube or they will freeze open or closed. Be sure to clean the rungs or you will add slippery to bouncy. This is a finger guillotine. Hands on sides only to close it. Snaps closed with a bang.In my case the ladder got done what was needed to get my arms at about 8ft, standing 4-6 ft. I was very conservative in its use and always used 2 hands. With no way to store a real ladder, this was my only choice. This is a specialty tool for light bulbs just out of reach, Xmas lights or the like. Not a sub for a rigid ladder...which are dangerous enough. For repetitive tasks over time, a couple of screw eyes on the wall with at least a shock cord or chain will keep you from being a statistic. For what it is, as I used it I'd give it 4 of 5.

The full length of the ladder is over 12 feet, to open in full length, you have open it from the bottom, meaning the whole stack of step has has to be lift up, I am 5'6 tall, when top the ladder reach my shoulder high, the stack became very heavy, and start losing balance, very danger situation, also the collapsing speed is rather speedy, watch out your fingers, very frighening....

Pretty stout for a telescoping ladder. This ladder held me and I am not a little guy and all the stuff I needed to carry up to the roof of my Motorhome. I felt safe and secure while climbing it.

We use this primarily to reach skylights in a narrow opening. Awesome support and portability.

The ladder collapses quite easily and doesnât take up much space. I have it strapped to the frame on my Kenworth and it rides perfectly. Has some flex in the middle if youâre going up high but remains sturdy and stable. Makes strapping high loads much easier

Nothing to dislike with this product. It is very sturdy and extremely easy to extend, retract and store away without taking up space. Always make sure you hear it lock as you extend each rung and strap down when youâre done and ladder is retracted to ease transport. I was originally looking for a 10 ft step ladder, but it took up too much storage space. I was leery, at first, about the strength of this ladder when I was considering purchase, but this was an excellent choice for my needs. Along with the roof stabilizer, this was an awesome decision that truly helps my projects.
