The steps are a little small, but it makes up for it in its strength. It’s heavy but because it’s good quality. Very easy to transport. Used some command hook towel holders to put it on my wall. It came assembled. It isn’t hard to open up. Really happy and plus 10 points for it being pink.

Feels unsafe using with one person, especially on wood floors. When anyone in my house steps on the second step, despite how it was set up, it "settles" and slides down a few inches which is unnerving. I've never been willing to use the top step even with a spotter. My husband used the top step, but I had to keep my foot behind the legs to keep the stool from sliding around. Seems unsteady overall. Wouldn't order again.

Very convenient to use and store out of the way. Does exactly what it should do with no issues. Used when painting several rooms, changing lightbulbs, etc. and never had a problem with it moving or locking up.

My Mom is 80 and she is sooo Happy that it is sturdy, lightweight and manageable. She hung new curtains! iI purchased another and had to return because it wasnt as expected but this is the WINNER! I am not scared of her falling and at the 2nd step, the rail is easy and secure! The product is better than expected! Very grateful!

I am an old lady (almost 79), and standing on ANY kind of a step stool is hard for me now, with my bad balance issues. However, sometimes you just have to stand on a stool to reach something, so I wanted one that was fairly tall with good handles for me to hold on to when I needed a step stool.I will never go any higher than the bottom step of this stool, but it is perfect for me to hold onto the handles when i climb up on it.My husband also loves this step stool !Before, when he need a stepladder, he had to go out to his shop and drag the shop ladder in the house and then back out again when he was done with whatever task he needed the stepladder for.Now, if he just needs to change a burned out lightbulb, he quickly grabs my (pretty) step stool and uses that for his job.
