Factory defect. The legs are all supposed to have holes for a screw for the bottom shelf. The 4th leg does not have that hole.

If you need a luggage stand for occasional visitors this is great. Easy to assemble and holds up well when a suitcase is placed on it. Folds for easy storage

Put these in our Airbnb cabins and work great. Fold up out of the way well and open with ease. I like the lower shelf for shoes or blankets or towels. Now will get some for my home.

Sturdy to hold 40lb luggage. Easy to assemble. Only dislike it folds awkwardly.

I was able to put the two luggage racks together in a snap. Actually, the luggage racks have push-button snap fasteners. This makes them much easier and faster to assemble than ones with screws. And the length of each leg can be adjusted with the screw ends. The racks are sturdy and meet my needs. I especially like the canvas shelf underneath for storing my shoes.
