The item seems sturdy (still in pieces) but I don’t know for sure because it was missing the screws needed to put it together. Trying to get ahold of someone to talk to about it has been frustrating and unsatisfying. I just need the screws sent to meUpdate. The customer service dept was very good and they really helped to resolve the issue. It would have been very helpful to know that some of the screws are already in the legs and some are in the bag, but it doesn’t say anything about that in the parts list or directions. Once assembled, these are very sturdy and well made.

This came packaged well with no damage. It was in several parts with screws, nuts and bolts to put it together. I read the directions and was able to put it together easily even though I am not a very strong person. It folds nicely out of the way when not in use. I'm satisfied with the product.

And it's small. When it came disassembled I was sad because I was so sick of assembling furniture. And it looks super tiny. I was thinking I would be returning it because there's no way a piece of normal size luggage would fit on it but after I assembled it I thought okay this might work. I haven't had a guest over yet to use it but I've decided to keep it anyway I'm using it in Airbnb room that I just started so I'm a little bit sad that it's so small but I think it might work
