Seems like a decent enough chair. My problem is with the assembly. Every part was labeled, except the screw sizes (there are 3). They were all mixed in the same package, and so I grabbed what I thought was the right size but it was the longer of the 3, and it went through the plastic seat. Now there is a pointed plastic lump in the middle of the seat, which is going to be uncomfortable. No time to return, unfortunately.

I purchased this shower chair wih back and another chair, and ultimately chose this chair. It is more convenient to install. The structural optimization has resulted in several fewer installation steps compared to another shower chair wih back.

The instruction manual is very clear and the installation is very convenient. It can be installed in about 3 to 5 minutes

Setting up the chair was a breeze and the cushions are very soft. I feel safe and comfortable using it.

I bought this as a replacement for my mother's shower chair. This chair is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The pictures depict the chair's adjustable height, however, the seat and backrest are aproximately 15" wide. It looks like a child's chair. I would not recommend this chair.

The shower chair is amazing! It has a 500 lb capacity so it is very sturdy. It also includes pads for where you sit and the backrest which makes it much more comfortable. It doesn't have any side bars as the picture shows so it allows for a comfortable fit inside of a standard shower. This is a very affordable and comfortable shower chair. Assembly is a little confusing at first but it comes together very quickly and the directions are very clear. The legs have sturdy rubber on them to keep them from sliding around in a wet bathtub. Would recommend this to anyone, it's a great item.

I got this for my father to use in the shower as he is getting older and alone now and refuses to take baths. I didn't want him slipping or anything and falling. He is actually very pleased with its operation and he adjusted it so he still sits fairly high but can easily shower and wash without worry of falling and still live how he desires. The chair and back are made of sturdy plastic with the legs and bars rustproof aluminum. Its not heavy for him to move if needed but stays in place when he is using it without any fear of it sliding. We are very pleased with this project and I do recommend it.
