I have a lot of snare drums in my arsenal, but I keep finding my way back to this drum. Fantastic sound, throw off is definitely an upgrade from the original throw off that my 402 and black beauty has but really it’s about the sound. I have diverse collection of wood and metal snares from the 70s and through the 90s and it has a lot of the same notes with a little bit more definition, although I can never say anything negative about my other snares in my collection. Ludwig makes fantastic and traditionally some of the better drums still to this day!

Si je n'ai pas de remboursement ce sera terminé avec Amazone. Je l'ai utilisé 2 fois et le chrome s'effrite des rebords.. Article trèes cheap.. décu tres décu

Buena por el precio, sonido con cuerpo estilo 70s eso si cámbiale el parche yo le puse un Evans genera dry, se me figura un poco mas pesada de lo que dice la ficha, los lugs le dan un look chingon vintage, trae buen feel buen tono y se ve que aguanta la madriza ImI

I got the 6.5x14. I replaced the heads with Aquarian Texture coated with power dot on batter side and Aquarian Classic Clear snare side and change the wires to Puresound wires, and now she sings. I would suggest either a 2 ply or a dotted head. Records well too.I'd totally recommend this snare drum.
