it's sturdy enough to hold my 10lb cat when he sits on top of it and provides a semi-private hiding spot. fits under my desk and it gets a lot of use. i folded up a blanket to put inside of it since there isn't much padding inside

Plenty of room for my 2 cats to lounge on top. It has a nice soft and comfortable pad. Also, they love their snuggle time inside. Very cute. Pretty sturdy.

Looks just like the picture. Easy to put together and very sturdy, the cat can lay on top without it caving in or tipping over.

I have six cats and I very rarely find anything they all enjoy playing with or sitting on. This little house has become the centerpiece for the play area. It's very colorful and unique so it looks great, but it's insanely durable and can handle quite a bit of action. There's only one step to put it together so you're not sitting around with a booklet full.of directions that read like a four year old wrote them. Literally all of my cats are either inside or sitting on top of this at different periods throughout the day. It's a little bigger than I expected, but that is a plus in my book. It's super easy to clean, just wet a rag with warm water and wipe away the mess or dust. If there's a bigger mess, I have used my steamer on it twice with no issue. There is nothing heavy about it, you can move it around as much as you like. I'm still impressed with the price. Lately I feel like I'm paying ridiculous amounts of money for cat beds and houses but this one was a nice change of pace and a nice break for my wallet. Souch so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and overall impression of the cube itself. Lastly, if you decide you don't want to keep it out all the time, that's fine. It folds up quickly and takes up very little room to store. Less than a set of sheets in the closet.
