Installed on 2004 Chevy 1500 10 bolt axle. Cleaned cover and axle mounting face for cover with scotch Brite wheel. Little brake clean, wiped it down, & installed it. No leaks on 75w90 synthetic oil.

Went through 3 other brands and couldnt stop a slow drip leak. Cleaned off all silicone gasket maker and blasted with brake cleaner. Put this on without any silicone or tack spray. Bare metal,gasket, dif cover and bolted cover on. Zero leak! Been 6 months now and still no leak.... excellent product!!!

Haven’t installed it yet but, very fast shipping and packing was exceptional to ensure the gasket did not get bent. This has silicone beads around the entire gasket ensuring nothing leaks. No need for messy sealants. This is much better than Felpro or AcDelco. I will buy lubelocker from now on. This is for a 8.625 GM truck with the 10 bolt. Pros: my sisters friends laugh at the name and take snapchats with the gasket box.

Since this gasket cost more I was hesitant to buy but after using it I am glad I did. It has a printed sealer applied thereby eliminating having to use any other sealer. I made sure the surfaces were completely clean and dry before adding the gasket, then use the specific torque on the bolts. Mine was for a 2004 GMC Denali 8.6 rear differential. 6000+ miles and two months has -0- signs of seepage. Completely dry as expected. Very happy.Long term update:Now way over 5 years and nearly 85K miles...no leak, no seep, nothing. Worth every dollar.
