It’s a great parcel box except for one problem.Amazon does not use it!!!Personally, I feel selling a parcel box then refusing to deliver my packages to it deserves a refund.

I live in rural Illinois with a long, gravel driveway and a security gate. I cannot see my mailbox from the house, and often have boxes left at the end of the driveway. I had a plastic box for a while, but it filled itself full of bugs.This box is perfect for me! It notifies me when somebody is in the box so I can tell when my packages are there. I have left gifts for my neighbors and contractors in the box with a one time access code. I did not have any trouble with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or USPS, after giving them the access code. I always find my packages inside the box.To set up – I laid a small cement slab, a little larger than the XL box. I bolted it to the slab. Then sprayed by insect killer around the edges, and I’ve not had any problems with bugs.I couldn’t be any more happier with the product!

Subscription of $1.99/mo required! Solid metal delivery box with remote access. Assembly was simple, and the app straight forward, but lack the features of BenchSentry, like maintaining a connection to show the lock status and the ability to customize the locking features.

So I really love the idea of this box however most of my delivery drivers are lazy and won't use it. Mainly because they have problems unlocking it or don't even want to take the time to unlock it. So they just leave the package out infront of the box in the weather. So for me it is a total waste of money. I would love to have the ability to lock and unlock it from the app, during the time of day that they deliver. Or have it auto lock at night and auto unlock during the day. Because I live in a rural area I need it more as a place to store packages if they can't drive down the road due to poor weather. If this fix becomes a thing in the future then this box would be well worth it. I would also adjust the sensor they use to notify if open because it goes off if the wind blows strong or a bird sites on it. Other then that still a very nice product.

Quit working right before Christmas. Support was slow to respond, but nothing they've told me to do works, and since the reset button is locked inside the box, I have a very, very expensive green brick decorating my front drive entrance. Fact is, running this box in a rural setting without WiFi has proven problematic at best. Delivery drivers were slow to adopt it, and now that it doesn't work, they're not delivering my packages.

I love the Loxx Boxx! Once set up, it works perfectly. It's heavy enough to stay put. It has features that allow it to be mounted to the deck.

I bought a large LoxxBoxx after a thief stole a box that had been left on the porch overnight. The box arrived quickly and the installation of the bolts to secure it to the porch was relatively easy. It has a magnetic sign with instructions on how to use the LoxxBoxx to make it easier for delivery drivers. I'm glad I bought this security box for my packages. I would recommend this to others.

The box is a great concept. The process is not easy for delivery people in a hurry. I ended up buying a magnet to put out ahead of a delivery that said "temporary Code 1234" since they are all lazy and won't look for it.On that note, they are in such a hurry that they pull too hard on the lid to open it and broke mine in 2 weeks. I had to drill out the lock to get my package. They also don't always push down hard enough to relock it.The positive is their tracking system. Once you put in the tracking number and info, they give you better details than the shipping company, even Amazon's deliveries. I mean way better and more updated. Huge win for me.They need to fix the way the lock opens and closes and simplify the code system for the shipping people that are in a hurry and not always the brightest. Otherwise, it's the best I've found for this scenario and size.
