I bought two of these cabinets for a very small office where space is very limited. These cabinets fit the bill for what I needed -- flexible space to store files, desk supplies, extra paper, etc. One of the cabinets arrived without the hardware packet (drawer handles and screws to mount them). I sent a message reporting this, and the follow up was very quick. I received the missing items within several days. THANK YOU!

This is a decent filing cabinet for the price. However, all the handles were missing. I reported it to the seller, but they did nothing about it for a week, sending a message every two days asking me to be patient while they waited for a response from the warehouse. I gave up and just bought replacement handles.Update: Seller is sending me new handles, so I upgraded from 3 stars to 4.

I have no idea what people are complaining about. These came well packed and in perfect condition. I don't need cabinets to hide top secret documents, I just need regular household file cabinets and that's what these are. Yes, I had to put the handles on myself. Okay. But for the price? HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What I liked the most is it came assembled except for the handles. That alone makes it worth the price. I have a small office and meet clients in my conference room so the need to lock it is minimal. All in all, very happy with the purchase and thinking of buying another,

Good as a budget filing cabinet for home use. Sheet metal construction, some sharp edges on the drawers. A bit flimsy, but does what it’s supposed to.

I was worried cause a lot of people were reporting their file cabinets came damaged or missing handles but mine didn't. It came in a big box with foam on the corners so it had like an inch of space on it's sides. The handles were individually in this long roll out plastic baggies with each of them attached together and on the bottoms it had separate compartments for the screws. Had to rip them open to get them but at least they seem to be addressing the issue. The key however was just kind dangling off the inside of the lock or something like that I can't remember but I do know I accidentally dropped it inside the cabinet like behind to drawer and had to fish it out. I wouldn't use the lock on it anyhow it's only like a 3 pin lock it only locks the top and middle cabinet and they can still wiggle far enough out that someone could maybe get some files right on the edge plus the cabinet is kinda flimsy so they could just bend it open anyway if they didn't care so not very secure but whatever. All in all though it works perfectly; very deep cabinets had to bend some of my larger papers to fit cause they were too tall and if you get too high they start to rub on the other cabinets making it hard to open the drawer.

It stores files just fine, pretty light when empty, but the locking mechanism is a joke. All in all, a good home cabinet for people who don't have curious kids :D

It arrived in great condition. The metal is fairly thin, so I guess it "could" be a gamble on its postal route as to whether it would be ding free. It's neat and streamlined. Works great. I wanted a 3 drawer as hubs has a problem getting to the "ground drawer", so I use that one for my stuff. I think it might topple over if the bottom drawer doesn't have weight in it, when opening an upper drawer but heck, I don't know too many people who can't make good use of an extra drawer for something. You will need the folders with the hangy strips to make life easy. It was the only 3 full drawer file cabinet I could find, for a reasonable price and I'm well pleased.
