picture shows a case for scales but didn't receive one. scales are good and have used them in past . just got home after being gone for a month discovered no box for the scales . the product is a 5 star but false advertising by amazon so they get a 1 star . The product was purchased directly from Amazon and sold by Amazon and paid $ 100.00 more than cheaper vendor through Amazon to get it on time . so please up date you image and correct the problem . Thanks

The scales are great but they were shipped without the case. The description and photos show a case but it didn't come. We never found out if it failed to be shipped or if the description is wrong. We kept the scales and we're refunded partially for the missing case.

I received the scale pads, cables, and computer almost 3 weeks ago. Everything works great, very accurate. Did not receive the scale pad case as shown in the pictures. I have contacted Speedway Motors of whom it states that it is sold and shipped from. They cannot find the order and have not been much help. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with them trying to work this out, no luck so far. All I want is the storage case for the scale pads that was part of the kit.

These seem to be a good, solid set of scales. I played with them some checking accuracy and weighed an airplane with them about a week after they arrived. I do wish they weighed to the tenth of a pound or ounces but they performed well. I like that they are powered by AA batteries (just remember to pull them when not in use).

Received quickly, easy to set up and very accurate, we use them for pallet weight for freight shipments and they have saved us tons of time and no more extra charges from the freight company for being under/over weight. Will pay for themselves in the first quarter.
