I’ve struggled with trying to insert the staples and have been unable to move the part that allows access. I’ve read the directions carefully, watched a YouTube video, etc., to no avail. I should have tried to return this item sooner and unfortunately waited past the return date. I would have been happy to exchange it for a working model.Update: After much struggle and some neighborly help, what appeared to be glue was released and the driver now works properly. Now a five-star rating.

I bought this point driver because of the brand and its ease of using. The price was pretty good. I want to frame my own artwork and need this tool for framing panels. So far it’s been a great addition to my framing supplies.

When it works, it works great. I have two of them. When I reload the points, it won't work. I can't figure out why. I have been very carefulabout loading and I still can't get it to shoot the points into the frame, Very frustrating.

I think the jarring action of the tool loosens the screws on the side. If you make sure they are tight, it works great!
