These rolling grilling baskets are a fantastic addition to my grilling arsenal! They make it so easy to cook vegetables, chicken, and even small roasts with that delicious rotisserie flavor.The baskets are well-made with sturdy stainless steel construction and a thick mesh that allows for even cooking. The lockable lid is a great feature, ensuring that the food stays secure while rotating. The removable handles make it easy to load and unload the baskets, and the long screw handles are perfect for turning the food over the fire.I also appreciate the inclusion of the heat-resistant glove, which makes handling the hot baskets a breeze. I bought these for my mother who loves to grill. She uses them to ensure that the vegetables get a perfect even grill all around, since they often burn easily. We found the grill cages to be quite easy to use, roomy with space for lots of veggies and meat, and well built. The included glove is a nice bonus, as she and I have both burned our fingers from time to time while grilling. Overall a solid product at a decent price.But, there is one caveat: these are a pain to clean. Our solutions are this1) Soak them in a container with bleach, vinegar, cleaner of your choice.OR2) hang them up after barbecuing and blast them with a hose to make cleaning easier later on.If you try to clean them at the sink like your regular skewers and silverware you will likely get frustrated.

These grill tubes are good for smaller items that typically fall between the grates. I also like that you can flip all the stuff inside by just rolling it a couple times. Great for grilling asparagus, broccoli, green beans, sliced carrots, smaller sized shrimp, or probably even chicken wings (I haven't tried those yet). I have a smoker grill and smoked veggies are amazing! Easy to clean by just washing in the dishwasher, but it wouldn't be hard to wash by hand either, just use a stiff brush and lots of soapy water. I'm even thinking of trying to use these to grill up some roast meat cut into chunks, then toss those into a stew. The added flavor from that would totally be worth the extra step.
