Works great. Standard not metric units, which I like. Nice case to carry and store it in. Seems very durable. I measured some know heights and very accurate. As it telescopes there are guide holes that a plastic ball snaps into to hold it in position. I am using it to measure clearance of my 5th wheel RV so maybe not the best value for me, but if you are hauling constantly varying load heights, this tool would be extremely valuable. You will be confident in your height for avoiding low clearances, and have peace of mind.

This item makes it super easy to measure the height of a truck, and be able to tell whether it can clear an overpass or not. It is pretty strong, and even when the 90 degree angle is locked in place it doesn't budge or move when you lift it afterwards. It feels like it is strong and durable, and will work well in the future, and not break or crack. Overall, this is a great product!

The rods are quite well built, but the finish is a bit lacking as the edges are still a bit rough. Material choice is also a bit on the strangwe side, as the button used to secure the rod is plastic rather than metal.Overall, decent.

A note on packaging: I didn't realize there was a bag around the measuring stick. Around that was a plastic bag with lots of tape. When I sliced through the plastic and tape, I ended up slicing the bag. But it may not be needed anyways.This works very well. Twist the wingnut and set the top bar, then start extending the pole upward. The measurement shows at the level of the low tube. When at the top of one of the sections, make sure the button snaps in. All the mechanisms work well.Recommended.

The accuracy of this measuring stick is impressive, with a precision of 0.4 inches. Just make sure to keep the arm locked at 90° for the most precise measurements. The sturdy fiberglass body is not only lightweight but also incredibly durable, resistant to corrosion and rust. Plus, the black non-slip sleeves at both ends add extra stability.One of the standout features for me is the easy-to-read design. The orange background with black lettering makes it a breeze to read measurements, even in low-light conditions. And when it comes to convenience, this height stick can be easily folded down to 4.6 feet, and it even comes with a durable carrying bag for easy storage and transport.I needed it mainly for measuring our RV & thought it would be handy for other hard-to-measure items. I plan on keeping it handy in our RV for those tight places not properly marked.
