Your cart is empty.---Upgrade BMG Extruder utilizes an internal gearing ratio of 3:1 together with precision cnc-machined hardened steel drive gears to give you provides more torque than other extruders. ---Dual Gears: unique Dual Gears technology delivers uninterrupted material flow without fear of grinding or slipping in even the most demanding conditions. ---Adjustable Tension: The thumbscrew tensioner allows the user to fine-tune the pressure exerted by the drive gears onto the filament. ---Quick-Release: To be able to do material changes in a snap, simply activate the quick-release lever to release the tension and pull the filament to be changed out of the extruder, keep it activated and insert the new material. ---New adjusted method for E2 extruder: We put the height adjustment of E2 on the back of the extruder. You need to loosen the two screws behind the extruder first, and then adjust the height of E2 by turning the gear. After the adjustment is completed Then, tighten the two screws to fix the height of E2 ---Live operation problems The cabled BMG nozzle prevents the VGA cable from loosening during the working process of the nozzle, which causes the main board to burn out, and fundamentally solves the problem of accidental burn out of the main board.

I hooked mine in to place it is was super easy. One of the extruders was fine and worked well, the other one was super damaged on the inside. The out side case was fine but the inside was warped and looked almost melted? I had to return it because there was no way it was fixable

This is supposed to be tested. Missing the wire for the run detection and the rubber boot on E1. The air deflector on E1 was a 3d printed piece of junk. Could not thread the filament on E2. After hours of frustration, I decided to just put the original extruders back on and send these back. LNL customer support is not responsive on another issue I'm having with the auto power-off feature that did not work with the V3 upgraded main board. I can not get Michael to answer my detailed email asking for support.

I received this item (both extruders 1 and 2), the first extruder was missing the wire runout detector, and the heat shrink was not wrapped correctly and the wires were exposed. I informed LNL and they replaced the extruder within 3 days. I installed the extruders and am thrilled at the quality of my prints. Update..I installed these in Feb 2024, and after several prints I got a minntemp error. I then tried using extruder #2 and same error. I reconnected the old extruders and no longer had a minntemp error and was able to print. I contacted LNL but never received a response. I am going to order other set in the hopes it was a fluke as the prints were beautiful..

First off,these are 10x better than the stock TL extruders. Temp sensor is calibrated (no more temp offset), metal gears with a 3:1, all metal hot end, couldn't ask for more. You'll need to set your esteps to 395 but besides that it's plug and play. My E1 arrived with a temp wiring error but LNL next day shipped me a new working one. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I am very happy with these new extruders. I had a few questions and spoke with Micheal from LNL. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me get my Tenlog printing like new again!

Extruders were easy to install, but at first performed VERY poorly. I suspected some settings needed adjusted, but no information was provided with the extruders, & I was all over the internet, finding no information on this. I started to return them, then LNL support reached out to me, & told me to adjust the e-steps from 92 to 395. This cured the issue, & they are now working magnificently. I took off one star for the lack of documentaion provided with the extruders.

These are a bit tricky to setup but hang in there, not as hard as it originally seems.The E1 head I received worked for 1 print than the motor stopped turning. LNL shipped out a replacement right away and the new one works great.This new extruder is harder to feed but once you find the sweet spot, it's not so bad. Don't push the lever down all the way, the sweet spot is somewhere in the middle.5 stars for the product5 stars for the support - would give more if possible.I would buy again and would recommend this upgrade.
