well packaged. Easy to install (ceiling app). No issue with 4.If you 'cut yourself, ruin the plastic snap-out location, fall off the ladder, or get shocked....you erred!I'd buy these again...hands down.

VERY hard to assemble!! Definitely a durable exit sign, but the instructions were awful and there were practically none!

I was looking for a low cost replacement for older yellowing exit signs. Some batteries needed replacement after doing a 90 minute test. These are not as tall and will make it easier for tall people to get out without banging their heads.

Happily we needed one single face and I ordered two... The two came with only one extra face, and with only one mounting plate. I was able to use to old mounting plate on the first sign or I would have been in trouble. Seems like a good product, but your not going to make many friends with missing parts!

Everything went well. Installation was a breeze. And the units function as good as any others out there. I like that they provide different covers so that the signs can adapt to any location. AAA+ rating.
