It's new so I'll will update if problems. Pros: #10 cable with plenty of length to go to tongue battery, all bolts lined right up. Easy to install. Xtra pro: second set of threaded holes so head can be rotated 90*. A bit of paint in second holes, not a biggie.Very quiet motor which says I am lined up and working correctly!A fellow traveler bought from horrible freight in a pinch. Really you just need to in put a bottle jack in your tool box.

As soon as it arrived, i removed my manual jack and instaleld this in under 15 minutes. Made the conneciton to the positive terminal on my battery which was located righ there on the trailer's hitch area and started using it. Kinda slow but that should be expected I suppose do to the needed gear ratio to lift and lower such a weight. I also order the protectice bag cover for the jack whcih fit nicely

Bought this tongue jack right after we got our pull behind camper trailer and love it. Works flawlessly every time we take the camper out on trips. We have no complaints only praise after using it for over 2 years. Very sturdy and capacity easily lifts 450 lbs on the tongue. Lippert is definitely a quality tongue jack you will love.

Very easy to install. It took about 10 minutes and the jack worked just like it should. On my older Arctic Fox 22G, the jack is a little tight against the plastic propane tank covers, but not so tight that it makes it difficult to take the cover off and on. I also had to supply a 12-10 AWG ring terminal to connect to my batteries as the manufacturer doesn’t include one. I gave the power jack a 4 stars rating due to the contact with the propane cover and for not supplying a ring terminal. All and all, the jack is slower than I expected, but it is quiet and seems well built. I would recommend and would purchase again.

The power Jack went out on our 2013 Lance Trailer. This Jack is an upgrade. Easy to install. Works well.

I used this to replace an identical unit. Installation was very straight forward; the most complicated part was hooking up to the tow vehicle in order to support the tongue during removal of the existing failed jack. One word of caution - when connecting the power line to the trailer, remember to disconnect the batteries and unplug from shore-power.I didn't.When the main power line grounded itself to the trailer frame, the ark of 40 million volts took off my left eyebrow and gave me a tingling I just cant shake. This isn't a complaint against the product - just an FYI.10/10 - would electrocute myself again to install.

My 3rd power tongue jack and the best yet. Easy install and a proper fuse. Switches have been upgraded to keep dust and moisture out. My last jack had an extendable leg and this one has enough travel I don't need that or blocks under the jack. This is the one to get and the price can't be beat. Shipping was faster than expected.
