This was exactly what I was looking for to help with my product photography. I was a little hesitant when I saw some of the negative reviews but noticed that the reviews mentioned scratching/peeling of the surface. This is the protect film that helps keep the acrylic underneath clean during shipment! You can easily peel this off once it arrives. The material is very shiny, clear and reflective. Thanks!

Works….BUT a bit FLIMSY…not as thick as i wanted and DOES NOT come with a carrying case which makes it delicate to store to avoid scratches…there is another brand that comes with a case and is a lot thicker …Returned

The black is not very reflective at all. Much more matte than reflective. But the biggest problem were scratches over the entire surface both sides. And also dirt and marks that don't clean off. Now I have to figure out how to do a return. I will not take a chance with this company again.

These are perfect and are of great quality! I was upset at first when I first opened them and saw how scuffed and scratched up they were until I realized there was a protective film covering them so before you complain, PEEL THEM OFF FIRST!

Great for product photography!Each board has a "matte" side and a glossy side so you can either get that reflective effect or just a soft shadow underneath your product. They are not super sturdy but if you set them on a hard flat surface they work great.They fit perfectly in my 24" neewer pop up light tent, even down to the rounded edges.Attached a photo I took on the white board, matte side up.

I like the boards, but I don’t love them.I’m impressed by the white board and the quality it provides to my images (I have attached an image — please also note however that I did edit this image by brightening the blue and red). I think the white is the best board because it compliments items moreso then the black and also better conceals scratches to its surface.Now, I’m giving 4 stars because 1. I’m pretty sure someone got blood on my white board's edge; most likely attained during its packaging process — and have attached an image to verify this. It’s really gross and I’m going to have to bleach immediately. 2. I am not so impressed by the black board. I use natural light, but the black board gets a weird tint to it depending on angles and the object being placed on the board — I understand that items and their colour can effect the surface colour, but even when I attempt to edit, hoping to smooth the black, it denaturalizes the entire photo, not just the board. This is very frustrating not being able to utilise the board to its full potential as universally as the white, especially because I have to use another black surface to get the quality I need, making me feel like my purchase of the black was just a small bonus, not the necessity I needed. 3. The boards scratch easily despite my placing soft items on them, and the scratches are painfully visible on the black (also attached images). 4. You can only photograph small items on the board. I realise the measurements are there and all but they are a bit deceiving in their photos making out like I can photograph a purse for example ... I can’t even photograph an object that’s only 8.5in tall without capturing my wall; instead you have to get into a weird pose in order to take the shot, unless you have multiples of the boards or lay items down in awkward positions.I will most likely make another purchase solely for the white — hopefully that one won’t have blood....

Exactly what I was looking for and need. Just as described. Great quality, price and excellent customer service. If you are doing home video or photos for selling on ebay, amazon or youtube highly recommended, works for me. Similar products are expensive. Get it before prices go up.

Not impressed with the quality... the white is actually ok but the black one is completely scratched up and not really usable. Disappointing at best.
