The rope is visually pleasing. I got the hot pink color. The three stars is because the rope itself has no weight to it so it bunches up on itself while you’re jumping from being misshaped in the package. Not sure how to fix it but it’s really inconvenient when working out as you have to keep stopping to unravel it. Even when it doesn’t mess up immediately, it’s still tangled as I could see in the mirror. It’s also very long so I will need to cut it and maybe that will help the tangling some.

The package was open and the product was defective. The counter wouldn't work either. Please do not ship such bad products wasting time and man power for nothing.

Pretty decent starter rope, or for someone who doesn’t want to spend $80.00 on a legit one. I bought this rope to change up the type of cardio I mix into my workouts, and it is perfect for it. You can cut the length of the rope to the size you need very easily...there are even directions on the back that walk you through it. Overall, solid purchase.

I've only used this product a few times but I'm already enjoying it far more than my previously purchased speed rope. Unlike my other rope, this is easy to adjust and doesn't change length once you do. There were also very helpful instructions on how to choose your rope length etc. The handles are light and easy to grip. The only negative of this rope is that once you cut the rope that's it, there is no going back. So you best make sure you don't cut it too short the first time. Also because of the one time adjustment it's not a rope you can share with anyone who isn't your height. However it is low enough in price that it won't break the bank to buy another one for your workout partner. All in all a good purchase and I'd recommend this to anyone looking to add jump rope into their routine for the first time. I have never attempted double-unders with this rope and did not adjust the length to accommodate for that so I cannot comment on how it performs there. I got this for more basic skipping maneuvers and it works very well for that purpose.

Apart from this being a nice, all purpose jump rope, the customer service you receive from Limm is above and beyond what you'd expect. As soon as my order was shipped I received an email from the Co-Founder of Limm thanking me for my purchase and giving me tips on how to get the most out of my jump rope. Then once my product arrived I received another email from the co-founder checking to see if my package arrived, how I liked the product, and included a free E-book titled "100 Exercise Tips." This level of customer service is unparalleled and is why I'm writing this review today. As for the product itself: Great jump rope for getting in shape, working out, or just bringing out your inner child! The adjustable rope is perfect for people of all heights, just don't cut it until you are certain that is the length that you want because you can always take off more, but you can't add length back! This is a great addition to my workout routine!

Good quality skipping rope. The best thing is that the length is adjustable so both myself and husband can use.

There's a lot of things I like about this rope besides the low price. The cable is solid all the way through which gives it weight, so when jumping you can easily feel the tension in the rope which will help you learn faster. It's still a light rope, so it won't provide the same benefits as a heavier rope, but it's still great for someone looking to wet their feet. It's got bulky, squishy handles, which I personally like the feel of but some may prefer smaller handles. I bought this rope after first buying a Nike speed rope from Academy and having some difficulty jumping due to its tendency to coil up. The difference was immediate and I've been happily using it for months now. Another great thing about this rope is that it is easily adjustable, I could stop in the middle of an exercise just to make minor adjustments, while my other rope would've required the use of tools. One minor nitpick that I have that the stopper on the inside of the rope seems somewhat fragile, its a small plastic clamp held in place by a plastic cup. The hinges on the clamp are quite thin and look easy to break if you bend it too many times, but if it did break the cup would probably still work to hold it in place. Overall its a great value rope.

I'm an avid rope jumper and I've used literally dozens of different types of ropes.....PVC, beaded, cable wire, long handled, handles with bearings, non-bearings, heavy ropes....you name it, I've tried it. While ultimately your goals and purpose will dictate which rope is best for you, I feel for 95% of the population, a PVC speed rope like this one is the best overall rope. This is a really nice rope. The cord isn't overly stiff like a lot of cheaper ropes. The ball bearing handle is smooth turning so your arm won't fatigue prematurely. But the best part is the adjustability. While you can always get your rope to your best approximate length, the adjustable mechanism of this rope will allow you to precisely adjust it to your height and just as importantly your skill level. In general, the more advance you are, the shorter the cord you want as this will allow for faster efficient rotation. Beauty of this mechanism is that you can slowly shorten it as you get better. Tying knots in the rope limits how small the increments can be when you shorten it.The rope comes with easy to follow instructions to guide you through the initial set up (it's quite easy). One suggestion I can make is to sell replacement cords and the adjustable cord end pieces. It's unavoidable for a rope to break with frequent use, especially if you a lot of double (or triple) unders. If this cord does break, you can re-use the cord (if you leave an inch slack inside the handle, you won even lose length which is another positive of this rope). But replacement parts will still be a useful option as I like to have a few extra cords around.
