Fantastic grips, with a unique look! These are extremely functional for lifting and help my hands to not get calouses - but they're also aesthetically pleasing. I love the look of the leather, and the fact that they're adjustable. I have very small hands and I was worried that they would be to big, but they adjust down fairly small and fit perfectly with additional room to size down. The leather also helps me grip/hold onto the bar which is especially helpful for my curl bar that tends to slip and cause less quality workouts and skin rips.

Heads up: these do have a right and left, so make sure you actually look at that R and L label before putting these on and then realizing you have to take them off! Not that I did that *looks away, whistles*Anyway, I always thought these were silly and unnecessary, if not outright cheating. But after about six months of lifting seriously, and hitting my one-year anniversary of rock climbing around the same time, it really hit me that my rock climbing instructor's warning that it takes about three times as long for tendons to catch up to muscles in terms of strength and skill gain was right on the money. I am way stronger than I was, and my lifts are limited not by my muscle strength but by my grip strength, which I simply cannot increase as fast as I can increase my muscular strength.I honestly don't quite understand WHY having something wrapped around the worthless joints that connect my hands to my arms makes me better able to grip as opposed to the grip pad itself, especially since in my experience grip aids on the palms are mostly related to sweat, which is not an issue for my palms anyway, but whatever scientific magic it is really does make a difference--in my first session using these grips, I was immediately able to up all my dumbbell weights by five pounds without it feeling like I was increasing the weight at all, essentially adjusting my new baseline and allowing me to grow from there feeling a lot less strain in my garbage wrists and my sensitive palms and fingers. So that's why you should have grips in general. Why these specifically? Well, I have to say, they are extremely cushy, which, again, see my aforementioned Garbage Wrists. If anything, they're too generous and comfortable. I wouldn't have minded something with a little more fashion to them, but I'm not exactly mad either that these are subtle and mostly nondescript. They are a bit annoying to maneuver because they don't slip over your fingers at all, which means when you're not actively holding onto something, they just sort of flop around and then have to be maneuvered again when you're ready to grip the dumbbells or barbell again for the next set. But it's nice not to be destroying my skin as much!

This is a Vine Program Review. The grips are very heavy duty and can wrap around the bar or be curled in a downling effect while grasping the bar. The wrist wraps are very heavy duty. Excellent support for the wrists. Unfortunately, I wear an Apple Watch and the wrist wraps interfere with the Apple Watch. I think it is best to remove the watch while using these lifting wrist grips. Thes do not have holes for the fingers to go through. I have attached photos to show how they look on my hands. I selected a large size grip. The buckle on the wrist wrap is very heavy duty.

I honestly couldn't think of a reason not to give these five stars I try to be stingy with a five-star rating and I literally look for the reasons why a product can't hit five stars the only foreseeable thing could be long-term durability but everything about these screams quality for the price and I honestly don't think durability is going to be much of an issue and I'm confident that they'll at least pay for themselves before having to be replaced. They're very comfortable and they fit nice and tight which is what you want but these are able to do so without restricting blood flow. Functionally they do everything they're supposed to they really work great I was skeptical at first because I don't do a lot of weightlifting now it's mainly calisthenics and gymnastics and I really wondered how applicable these would be on a pull-up bar but they did not disappoint me. And actually helps a lot to the point that depending on the direction that you're wrapping them it's almost cheating / stealing a little bit of work out from your hands and wrists. But to be honest this is not a bad thing because it will come in extra handy on those last few sets/repetitions we're really pushing it trying to maximize the benefits of repetitions to failure, sometimes your hands and wrists give out when your back still has more to give and these work very well in those situations. Prior to that or before I need a little bit of help, you just wrap them on the inside or up against your palms and they don't go nearly as far and holding you on the bar but buddy does it go a long way in preventing your hands from getting torn on a pieces. I was at a point where I wasn't able to exercise to my full potential because it was so painful in my hands and I was getting dangerously close to ripping a callus these allow me to sidestep that issue. And I don't know why or how to explain it but it's way better than gloves it just does the job differently somehow I've used gloves before and it does help in the way that it's a softer surface then wood or Steel but still the skin/caluses on my hands would get bunched up between whatever objects and the base of my fingers wither without gloves, and whatever reason these prevent that. I'm very happy with this item it is truly changed / had a significant impact for my workouts.

Good set, so far the items are stronger than I expected. If you have the right items to strap things to (door, etc.) then these seem to work well for physical therapy type exercises.
