I bought these specifically for deadlifts. I do 280lb 4x10 and I have almost never got through all my reps without my grip failing. I would have to put the bar down, pause for 5 seconds, reset my grip, get a couple more reps and then repeat. I would rush through my reps and often not lock out completely in fear my grip would fail. Now all that nonsense ends. These completely solve the problem. It's not a problem at all to hold the bar the entire time, including pauses at the top of the motion. Quality seems excellent despite the low price of only 10 bucks. I will be using this exactly once a week for deadlifts. My grip is more than strong enough for all other exercises I do. With that low rate of usage and the apparent quality of construction, I expect these to last me a very long time. I'm glad I didn't spend $70 on Versa grips, as these definitely do the job. I have very thin wrists for a man, yet when I tighten them (just snug), there is still plenty of room to go on the velcro. So these seem like they would work for a very wide range of hand and wrist sizes.

Other than being a bit big for my small woman's hand, these are very nice. Good grip.

I could not believe the quality compared to the price. genuine leather, good stitching, good fit. thought i might try this style out and get a more expensive pair if i liked them but there's no need to upgrade, these are great, glad i didnt get a more expensive option.

These are a bit too big for my hands. They do provide wrist support while using them.Would recommend them for anyone with a bit bigger hands then mine.

I'm so impressed with how much more I'm able to lift when I'm not stressing out my hands with my grip. I've added an additional 20lbs on my first use. Such a great deal that I even bought my best friend some so I don't have to share. 😀

I was tired of fumbling with regular lifting straps and wanted to give something like these a try for a while now. These work perfect for me. I am now able to lift heavier dumbbells with much less strain on my grip strength so I can better focus on the muscles I'm trying to work. Game changer for my heavy lifts.

I can’t figure out how to put these on. I used wrist straps all of the time years ago especially for dead lifts. These make absolutely no logical sense on how to use them. No matter how I try to put them the Velcro doesn’t meet up it’s on the opposite side of the wrist strap. No instructions, they don’t have a website. I’m returning them and going back old school wrist straps. What a crap design.

I’ve worked out with GYM Paw gloves for years. If you’re not familiar with them they are palm gloves that have finger wraps to hold them in place. These wrist straps are more supportive, protective and empowering than GYM paws. They are designed perfectly for my hands regarding security and wrist support. My palms never perspire thanks to the freedom of these gloves that are only bonded to the wrist. The cowhide is a bit stiff but that’s not necessarily a bad thing--in time, I’m sure it’ll soften. The padding around the wrist is a bit cumbersome due to its thickness but again, it’s something I’ll get use too. It’s worth it due to wrist security. The Velcro is extremely strong.I don’t understand the science but my grip is more secure and intense while lifting dumbbells or the bar. I feel that my workout routine becomes more empowering. Perhaps it’s the newness or a placebo effect, only time will tell. I’m excited about these gloves and I’m looking forward to my work out routine again.
