These work great! I got the smaller ones bc other straps are too big for my hands. Size works well for me, everything has also held up. I’ve been using them for about 6months without issue.

Medium is better if you have 6.5" wrists. The picture they show displaying how a 7.25" wrist looks using a size small and medium, is exactly how it looks for me w/ my 6.5" wrists. It's usable for sure, but very tight. They feel extremely comfortable though. Seem durable.

I swear these make deadlifting feel like cheating. These are the first straps I've ever used and I was worried that they would hurt my wrist but they are plenty comfortable. These fit me true to size and have successfully lifted 270 lbs with no issues.

Valen la pena, son cómodas y fácil de usar , son mis favoritas, y además puedo hacer abdominales sin la fatiga en las manos , sirven para espalda cargas pesadas y para sostenerse en abdominales sostenido de barra, las recomiendo ampliamnete

My wrists are almost exactly 7.5 inches in circumference, so I bought the Medium straps (6-7.5 inches), and they fit perfectly. Figure-eight straps work differently than traditional straps; they go to the side of your hand rather than wrapping around the bar and under your hand. When used correctly, these straps are sized just right. I use both traditional and figure-eight straps depending on the lift. This is a great product. Don’t let the negative comments about sizing worry you—do your research and you wont be disappointed

So a trainer I follow online recommended this style of strap. Sometimes I want to hold a heavier weight for glute exercises than my arms/shoulders want to hold on to for longer sets. That's where straps come in! I love that you can do these one handed- meaning when you go to do your second hand it's not harder than the first like it is with traditional straps. These are comfortable and padded! And they feel well made. My issue isn't with the product, I'm just not practiced at using this style of strap. They are super simple to put on, but the X can make it so the strap is in the way when you try to grab the dumbbell. If you imagine a dumbbell on the floor- you'd loop the strap under the grip so the two hand holes are on either side of the grip. Then just feed your hand through both holes. My issue is then with figuring out how to grip just the barbell, not the X part of the strap with it. I'm going to watch a video on it. I think it's just user error, the straps themselves are just as they should be!! I think it's all about personal preference though- some people like the traditional straps, some like infinity loop straps, and the ones with the hooks at the ends.

I have a few lifting straps, decided to buy another pair they very priced decently, the picture above is after 1 lift. Followed the size guide and bough t a size recommended, the recommended size was too small, and the straps are coming undone after 1 lift. We all know how important straps are, especially when lifting heavy.

I can only compare to cerberus. Seems to be similar quality fabric and stitching, just a little thinner. They also have ability to be flipped to which ever direction is most comfortable, the cerberus only allows for one layout and for me the cerberus laid perfect on right but left hand fabric twists opposite the bar. Padding is soft but I expect to wear it out within a year, so the price is right. Only deadlifting 405 can't verify for higher weights but seems like it will definitely hold up.
