Didn't want this for a lifting strap. I was looking for a strap to throw in my side by side to use as a small tow strap and a strap to wrap around a tree to hook my wench to to help get me out of the mud. I actually had to use it yesterday when I got mired. Wrapped it around a medium size tree, about 10" on the butt. Hooked my wench to the 2 loops and had no problem getting out. I also tried it out towing one of my buddies out a road and did the job. Just know this is not the intended use for this strap so don't go back on the dealer if yours doesn't hold up. Also my machine is fairly small an just a tad over 3000lbs. The one I towed was a bit bigger, being a 700 Pioneer, but was only towing it not pulling it out of a hole or mud.

While I haven’t had the privilege of using this to receive a vehicle this is definitely a capable strap. Like any strap use with caution. However I see no issues with this.

Have you ever watched the reality show "Heavy Rescue"? It's a show from Canada where these heavy rescue and recovery companies pull wrecked tractor trailer rigs out of ditches and up steep embankments, and to keep the trailers in one heavily loaded piece without further damage, they use heavy duty lifting straps like these connected to their steel cabled winches.This Dawnerz lifting sling is one tough son of a gun. Manufactured with heavy duty webbing and stitched like your life depended on it (in a lot of cases it does), it can tackle the toughest jobs.For what I do, lifting logs, my equipment will break before this sling will, but I'm happy to have some reserve WLL to boot.5 stars all day long!

I was pleasantly surprised by this strap. Very heavy duty construction. I use it around the property for tractor shenanigans. It holds up well and seems as strong as I'll ever need it to be.

This strap is meant for large loads. It is very well made and has good stitching and good looped ends. I’ve only used it as a backup for risky car lifts but gives me confidence that the car won’t end up on the floor or on me. Easily the strongest strap in my shop.

Working in the oil field in south Louisiana for the past 22 years, I end up with a lot of used straps. I snatch them up before they are cut and discorded. I use them for the farm. Since I get them used and worn (but free), they are still good for light purposes like pulling a truck out from the mud, they are not good for heavy duty like pulling stuck tractor out of a canal. Lugging around a heavy boat anchor chain is getting old, (or maybe i am just getting old). This strap is perfect for my needs. Lot lighter than the chain, and with a vertical load of 8,800 lbs is strong enough for the excavator to work with for emergencies. So far I used the strap to pick up a few 2,000 lbs bags of sand for the sand blasters and a few 2,000 lbs bags/Tote Bag of corn with no issues at all. It has been through 3 rain storms (not on purpose) as people forget to store items in proper location. The strap still looks like new. Now due to this only being a 10 footer, as i wanted one on the shorter side for bag lifting, I would have no issue using a 20ft version of this on a crane, lifting drill pipe. Now no matter if you are using the best strap, chain or cable sling, in the world, you should never walk under a load. It is just common sense. Overall it is a nice strong strap, well made and seems like it will last quiet a long time.Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending this or the seller. The sling is made of some type of synthetic material which is flexible yet very strong. The description says polyester which appears fully accurate. The lifting ends are appropriately sewn and reinforced to put a hook or other fastener to the ends.The manufacturer states that this item is manufactured in Ukraine. The quality of the material, stitching, reinforcements are of the highest quality and I expect to get years of safe use of this sling.

This is a very massive and impressive piece of webbing. This is awesomely strong and will be of great use for winching one of our vineyard tractors up onto the gooseneck trailer. I can't imagine that we have much of anything that this strap won't move.
