Use these not for lifting but just simple carrying of 5gal buckets with 50# of cement powder. Work great, though the handles are a tad long for convenient walking. I've had bucket handles pull out and don't want it happening on a client job site.Construction and materials seem identical to anything produced outside NASA. No doubt made in China but they figured out sewing machines a long time ago too. No complaints or flaws with mine, would buy again and use for high lifting if needed.

I liked the written directions included in checking out safety evaluation of slings. The use and care instructions were helpful also.

These bucket slings are PERFECT! You can't go wrong with the price and it makes hoisting buckets a million times safer. This is one of the most common safety issues we have on our construction projects. The employees will fill up a 5 gallon bucket with tools, materials, etc. and hoist it overhead using the handle. That's when it becomes dangerous because if there is too much weight in the bucket, the handle can snap off and everything will fall down. I would highly recommend getting these. They are cheap and it's a great solution to safely hoist buckets overhead.
