High quality, VERY palatable, and the smell is not intolerable! I’ve been supplementing with fish oil for years and my dogs and cats all look amazing!I always add fish oil in the winter months for grease coat condition and weight. This particular oil obviously smells fishy (I’d be worried if it didn’t!) but it’s a tolerable, clean, dare I say “appetizing” smell. The cats go particularly crazy when they smell this brand. One pump and everyone is in the kitchen staring at me, lol!I’ll definitely go with this brand again, it’s my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried over the years.

This seems to be a quality fish oil. The dogs do like it.It comes with a pump lid that works nicely.Overall, it is a fish oil. Good for their skin, coats, and joints.

This appears to be a good quality fish oil. In addition to its labeling stating that it's primarily from wild caught Alaskan pollock, the fish oil also smells very clean and not overly fishy. Also, my dog loves it and enjoys his food more when I add some to his meals. I've noticed fish oils also make a nice difference in the quality of your dog's coat. Within just a few days of use, his coat was noticeably softer. It's pretty amazing how quickly it improves. And according to my vet (who recommended I start using fish oil for my dog) it's also good for his brain and joint health.

I've been giving my dog and cat the LifeSpan Super Alaskin Fish Oil for a few weeks now, and the results are incredible! My niece-dog started having some bad itchiness and developed dermatitis (allergic reaction which got infected). I ordered this for her after a vet recommended Salmon oil to help her both heal and support hair regrowth. Because she is an older Malinois, it was important that this be suitable for aging animals. I liked the fact that it has a blend of salmon & pollock fish which provide essential omega 3 fatty acids to help support healthy skin and coats. It also states on the product page that ”only a combination of Salmon Oil and Pollock Oil can provide the optimal and high levels of the fatty acids DHA and EPA that are so beneficial to dogs and cats” and I was not aware of this. I do know that fish oil can help “relieve inflammation, dog joint problems, and arthritis” so this seemed imminently appropriate. It came packaged well and seems to be high quality. It provides dosage instruction on the bottle, making it simple to use. I note that it takes 5 pumps of this product for her weight, as opposed to 2 pumps for a different brand, but this may be because the pump delivers a smaller amount on each depression. She’s only been taking it for a short time, but hopefully it will help long term.

My dogs love this so much that when I give them dry kibble, they sit and wait for this added Alaskan fish oil. I like that it comes in an easy to dispense bottle with a pump top. I like that the label is well printed, and it gives instructions on how to dose for the correct size of your dog. My dogs have shiny coats, and one bottle is lasting three dogs quite a long time. I recommend it!

My dogs love this stuff and it’s so easy to just add to their food. They will also eat it straight from the bottle though so it must taste pretty good to them. As to be expected it smells like fish but surprisingly it’s not unpleasant. It is effective as just a few weeks into giving this to my dogs, their coats were noticeably shinier and softer. The bottle is packaged well and there were no leaks. Great product!

Our vet told us to give our 10 year old kitty fish oil for his health. We put this on his wet food and he eats it right up.
