Rating this item from my cats point of view, the taste and scent is great! From my point of view, I have no idea how it tastes but I assume it would taste like salmon oil, and the scent is very pungent. LOL!

I bought this as a supplement for my two Siamese cats. It almost seems like it immediately improves the condition of their fur and skin. That's an exaggeration of course, but it is an excellent product based on its excellent results.Don't know or care how it tastes, but the smell is not something you want to have on you. Exactly what you'd expect from fish oil.

I add a little to my cats wet food and she eats it all. I bought it because my catch was scratching and since she has the salmon oil added to her diet she scratches very little now.

Bother if my cats enjoy this product and it leaves their coat shiny and smooth. Helped with my black cats dandruff issues, not completely but definitely better. Super easy to dispense, like a soap dispenser.

I don't know how old my 3 cats are because they were each adult fosters when I got them around 15 years ago. My cats only like the Grizzly Salmon Oil cat food supplement and have rejected every other similar sounding and cheaper brand. My dog was happy to use up the rejects. The only problem is that Grizzly Salmon oil can be hard to find in stores. You can't win an argument with an old cat about food, so this time I just ordered it from Amazon.

I give my 14 year old tortie this supplement every day. Her coat is beautiful and soft. She is on thyroid medication, and when I add the pill and the salmon oil on top her food she eagerly gobbles it up.
