Strange title? Maybe, but succinct. Too many of these things tend to crossthread during installation. Too soft plastic? Lousy threads? Who knows. I've simply thrown out too many. No more. These guys work every time. Do yourself a favor ... spend the couple of bucks more and save money in the long run. Highly recommended.

This water filter works great for our RV, takes the most of the bad flavors out of the water. Very least installations. I recommend changing as needed. They last about 3 months.

These last me 6 weeks, but you can see why by the pictures. If your like me you have been looking for a filter for your RV. They are all very expensive and i just wanted something to help. I am not one of those people who needs bottled water or orders their coffee with 36 special instructions. Just wanted something to filter the color a bit. I live in my park model RV full time and my well water is a little red/brown Taste great just worried it was staining my washer, toilet and such. After the filter it definitely helped. It wasn't perfect mind you but was better by a lot. I could pay 10x what i did and get rid of it , but this is all i need. If your just looking for sediment or little weird taste or color to be better this is for you. If you want high end filtering then pay for it. Stop looking here for a 30 dollar fix. Either buy a distiller, a high-end $1,000 system, buy bottled water or stop being a little Bi%^. Stop squatting to pee and ask yourself what is "good enough" then buy that, but don't expect a 30 dollar product to solve your smugness.
