When it gets warmer I’ll put one on , might be sooner . Just ordered water regulator , I seen where it should be put on to protect filter cartridge, probably should of had one on any way but haven’t had any problems so I’ll do these things before i have problems. I would really consider putting on a water regulator while using filter, nevertheless use regulator anyway , looking this stuff up I found out using a regulator and filter is best , I guess less likely to crack filter because of too much pressure. It’s Just like putting too much air in tire eventually tire will explode.

I got these based solely on price. I am a casual camper and go on an adventure about every other month. Make sure to flush a few gallon through the filter when it’s new and replace it on a regular basis. The pressure and volume it allows to flow is very acceptable.
